We have successfully executed the development of two five-star hotels in Moscow, Russia; the Ritz Carlton and the Swissotel.
Taraz Shopping Mall, Almaty Shopping Center, Astana Plaza & Shopping Center, Saks Fifth Avenue, Esentai Shopping Mall, the JW Marriott (a five-star hotel and residential development), retail stores including (Prada, Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabana, Gucci, Dior, etc.) in Kazakhstan.

Projects Within the United States
We acquire and operate several commercial real estate properties, including office, residential, retail and hospitality properties throughout the United States.
Butler Brothers Building, which is comprised of 65,000 square meters of mixed-use development with 238 residences, a 274-key Marriott dual branded hotel and retail space in the heart of downtown Dallas. The Butler Brothers Building opened in July 2016, and the hotel portion in May 2017.
Alto 211, an 18-story office tower known as the “Tech Mecca” of downtown Dallas. Alto 211 is set in the vibrant city center district, brings urban lifestyle and modern business culture to the entrepreneurial community and is the headquarters to renowned tech companies, including Tech Wildcatters, Traxo, Photomadic, Givex, Lantern Pharma and Fort Work co-working space.
Jefferson Arms, is our ongoing $104 million project to transform the historic Jefferson Arms building in Downtown St. Louis into a vibrant, residential and commercial development planned to be completed in 2025.
Tower 27, residential building of Class A high-rise that features 374 multi-family units and approximately 35,597 square feet of second floor, mezzanine, and street-level commercial space in the center of Downtown San Jose. The construction is projected to be completed in 2024.
